Zac has a rich history serving companies in industries focused on in-person sales. Today, he is a VP at SalesRabbit, a SaaS company dedicated to sales enablement and bringing direct sales companies into the modern age. Thousands of direct sales professionals use SalesRabbit to optimize their sales force and improve their programs. Zac is committed to discovering and digitally reinforcing best practices for sales organizations of all sizes and stages of business development.
Most of Zac’s consulting centers on sales leadership, organizational behavior, employee and customer experience, and business process automation. Jake Dempsey has been in the construction related technology space for most of his career. As an early member of the EagleView Team, he trained sales people all over the U.S. on more effective ways to introduce technology into the construction industry. After leaving EagleView, he partnered with a former customer to manage Estimators on Call, one of the first large scale independent scope writing companies in the roofing space. The company was sold and Jake teamed up with a technology company to help develop a simplified CRM and Project Management platform for the service industry.
Jake brings to the table not only technology experience, but also owned a successful General Contracting business in Seattle, and has international experience, running companies in Taiwan and China.
Todd Beckman from XM8 Mastery specializes in training contractors how to utilize Xactimate in their business to maximize estimates and reduce time spent estimating. His prior experience as a contractor-turned- adjuster gives him a unique perspective on how to approach the insurance carriers and overcome objections. Those that attend his training always walk away with actionable knowledge that can immediately be applied in their business to produce results.
Stephanie Pelizzari is a new business development expert at Contractor Nation, an online lead generation website development company who works to showcase contractors completed jobs by pulling the closest content to the homeowner, allowing for a unique customer experience, driving more lead opportunities to the contractor. Previously, Stephanie has sold home improvement, built local and national sales teams in home improvement and in the credit card processing industry. Today she enjoys being back to working with contractors and is driven by her passion to support locally owned businesses grow.
Jim Johnson also known as “Coach” is an industry specific business coach for contractors.
After resigning from 4+ successful years as Director for Sales for AccuLynx he decided to put the 12 years experience he had as a successful contractor and the experience he gained from working with 1000’s of contractors at AccuLynx to work. Jim feels it is time to give back to an industry that he has only taken from by providing the best available education available online 24/7/365.
As the Head Coach at ContractorCoachPRO he has worked with hundreds of contractors over the last 4 years with ALL seeing vast improvement in their culture, processes, marketing, sales and hiring. 72% of the contractors coached by Jim double their revenue the very next year! Prior to his time at ContractorCoachPRO and AccuLynx he was the owner of CRSI a national restoration contractor with annual revenues of over $20 million and the creator of American Contracting Team, a strike team providing catastrophic restoration services due to hurricanes. In the final year of American Contracting Team, 2008, the company had revenues of $28 million with Jim as the only sales representative.

Bill Combes and No Time for Social have helped hundreds of local and national clients and has been operating since 2013. NTFS manages social media for businesses that do not have the time, expertise or staff to manage it on their own and understand the importance of social media for their business. No Time for Social is focused on several core values when it comes to working with clients: Action, Accountability, Clarity and Communication. Prior to NTFS, Bill ran AnythingWeather (HailWatch) through 2011 and helped start the United Association of Storm Restoration Contractors (UASRC). Bill is also a meteorologist and was formally trained in weather in the US Air Force. He has been a resident of Round Rock, TX since 1997 and is married to his wife, Ileana. They have two boys, Alexander and Billy.
While only having worked in the contracting industry for a roofing company for a year in high school, Marcus can definitely appreciate the complexity and hard work that goes into running a contracting project and business. Marcus’ background is primarily in taking companies from the idea stage and helping them get positioned for growth. On a day to day basis, Marcus is tasked with helping CompanyCam reach its target markets and also identify and explore new growth opportunities.
Luke Hansen created CompanyCam in response to a problem that his family’s roofing company, White Castle Roofing in Lincoln, Nebraska was having managing hundreds of job site photos taken each day at 50+ different job sites. Luke started CompanyCam a few years ago and now serves thousands of contractors daily across over 30 different contracting industries.
Helping people has always been part of my life. From spending 12 years as a firefighter to now assisting property owners in proper insurance settlements, adding value to the lives of other people has always been the most important thing I can do. This attitude, and the culture it encourages throughout C3 Group staff, has helped my company, which began in 2012, become the 214th fastest growing company in the entire United States.
Thinking and approaching problems differently, making sure to always respect the positions and opinions of those we face, and a company-wide goal of putting the needs of our clients before our own paycheck has paid off. Way too many public adjusters take an immediate stance of an adversary to those they negotiate against. This attitude forces many claims into litigation, mediation, and appraisal thus forcing their clients into spending money that may not have been needed had their adjuster built mutually respectful relationships with the adjusters they face. We pride ourselves on our name, resources, services, relationships, and innovation within the industry.
